A black-and-cyan job poster that fits itself to each job
The new black-and-cyan poster template keeps its header, badge and footer fixed and fills the center from each job, choosing the largest readable text that fits.
A fixed frame and a center that fits itself
Organizations that use the black-and-cyan poster template now get a poster with a fixed frame: a black header with the logo and tagline, a gold WE’RE HIRING badge, and a black footer with the salary and contact details. The frame never moves, whatever the job says.
The center holds the job title, the location and work arrangement, About the role and Key responsibilities of up to six lines. The poster measures every line with its own fonts and uses the largest readable text size that fits. A long title wraps to two lines, and to three or a smaller size if it must. If a job has more text than fits, whole responsibilities are left out from the end, and the page says so. Words are never cut and text never runs into the footer.
What comes from the job
The title, location and work arrangement come from the job. The arrangement is shown as On-site, Remote or Hybrid, never as the employment type, and a Remote job says Remote once. The salary is shown like $104K – $156K, with the label Salary Range.
About the role uses the job summary, or the first paragraph of the description. A responsibility that only repeats a sentence of that paragraph is not drawn twice. Nothing is invented: with no work arrangement, only the location is shown and stays centered. With no responsibilities, that section is left out. With no salary, the gold box is left out and the contact details take the whole footer.
Editing and saving
Open AI Poster from the job. The text fields, the lists and the live preview work as for other templates, and Room on the poster shows how full the center is. A line that does not fit is highlighted with “This line doesn’t fit yet. Shorten it or remove another line to make room.” Save never trims your text: if it does not fit you are told and nothing is changed.
This template does not use AI. Regenerate redraws the poster from the job text, and Regenerate so it fits is not offered. The footer phone number, email and website are fixed for the template, and the poster has no color or type fields.
Boundaries to know about
The poster is 1080 by 1700, a little shorter than the other templates, so thumbnails, downloads and PDFs keep that shape. Posters you made earlier stay as they were made, and restoring an older version does not redraw it in the new design. Choose Regenerate to get the new design from the job. Other poster templates are unchanged.
