Export all filtered candidates from the Candidates page
Download every candidate that matches your current filters, search, and sort as a CSV with the core contact fields you need.
Export the full filtered set
The Candidates page now includes an Export All button next to Columns. It exports every candidate that matches your current filters, search, and sort—not just the rows currently loaded in the table.
The dialog explains how many candidates will be included before you download the CSV.
Choose the core columns
Export All opens a two-pane column chooser with System fields on the left and Exported columns on the right. Drag handles let you reorder the CSV columns before download.
The export includes Candidate name, Location, Email, Phone, and Created. You can remove fields you do not need, and optionally save your column choices as the default for next time.
