Choose the interview time you need
Pick interview times in 15-minute steps, save your preferred interval, or type an exact time.
Pick a quarter-hour time or enter your own
When moving a candidate into an interview stage that collects a date and time, choose a weekday and then a suggested time. Suggestions now start with 15-minute steps, including 5:45 PM. The suggested grid runs from 8:00 AM through 6:00 PM on the next ten weekdays.
For a time between suggestions, use Or type an exact time, enter a value such as 12:10 PM or 17:45, and choose Use time. Review the selected date and time, then choose Schedule. Exact times can fall outside the suggested hours, but must be in the future on the selected day. Invalid times and times that are missing or repeated during a daylight-saving change are rejected.
Save your preferred spacing
Open Settings, then Profile, and find Interview scheduling. Choose 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes and select Save interval. This is your personal setting, saved to your signed-in account for future interview scheduling. A saved choice takes precedence over the 15-minute default. Changing spacing does not round a time you have already selected.
The interval controls suggestions in the interview-stage dialog. It does not change meeting length, timezone, existing meetings, or calendar invitations. The existing Google Calendar, Meet, and candidate invite choices still apply when you schedule; changing this setting sends no messages.
