External recruiter contracts are now controlled by your organization
Review the recruiter agreement as a PDF, edit the wording when needed, and save a new version for future recruiters without interrupting existing signed agreements.
View the PDF, then edit only when needed
Contract settings now opens with the current recruiter agreement as a PDF. Owners and administrators can use Edit contract to change the full wording, then save to regenerate the PDF and return to the document view.
Preview signing experience opens a safe, non-person-specific copy of the external recruiter agreement flow. Administrators can review the current PDF, signer-name field, signature pad, consent step, and completion action without creating a recruiter or saving a signature.
RecruitIQ reads the compensation percentage and calendar-month ownership period directly from the saved wording so the signed document and candidate-attribution enforcement remain aligned.
Ownership expiration becomes general candidate history
The default agreement uses 20% recruiter compensation and a six-calendar-month candidate ownership window. New accepted submissions are stamped with their exact expiration date.
After the ownership window ends, the candidate remains in the organization CRM and the original source remains available for audit, but the record no longer appears as active external recruiter ownership or triggers recruiter-owned workflow updates.
Existing signed recruiters keep their agreement
A saved contract version becomes the default for new recruiters and recruiters who have not signed yet. Recruiters who already signed keep their existing signed PDF and continue working without another signature.
The Current contract panel shows the active PDF, version, last update, and a direct recruiter-PDF preview. Historical signed copies remain available from each recruiter record.
Invite and contract review stay simple
Invite new recruiter now opens a compact signup-link dialog with one copy action. Contract settings replaces the duplicate copy-link button on the External Recruiters overview.
Recruiter records keep administrator-only contract access, recruiter-specific custom PDF overrides, and reset-to-default controls. The contract drawer now uses rounded controls and an icon-only new-tab action while retaining the labeled Download action.
Manage every recruiter contract in one place
See all contracts opens a recruiter-by-recruiter directory with the assigned PDF, organization-default or custom source, signature date, and current agreement status. Selecting a recruiter opens the existing contract manager for the signed copy, custom PDF assignment, or reset to the organization default.
Edit default contract now has its own Agreement terms page, making the future-recruiter template separate from individual signed agreements. For an approved exception, an administrator can grant access without a signature after confirming the override; RecruitIQ labels that recruiter as a manual override rather than signed, and the override can be removed later.
