External recruiters now see the exact pipeline stage
The external recruiter portal now mirrors the same stage ID, name, and movement history used on the internal candidate pipeline.
One pipeline stage, shown the same way everywhere
External recruiter submissions now use the organization’s internal candidate pipeline as the single source of truth. When an internal recruiter moves a candidate, the external recruiter portal shows that exact stage name instead of translating it to a separate recruiter-facing status.
The shared workflow editor no longer offers a separate external visibility or alternate-label setting. Adding or renaming a stage changes the same label seen by internal and external recruiters for candidates they are permitted to follow.
Current status and movement history stay aligned
Submission cards, candidate details, notifications, emails, and movement history all resolve from the canonical pipeline stage. Compatibility fields used by older integrations remain available, but they mirror the exact internal stage and cannot override it.
If an older submission is missing its latest saved tracking event, RecruitIQ compares its history with the live pipeline record and shows the exact current movement. This keeps the portal truthful without changing earlier recorded events.
- Stage IDs and stage names match the internal pipeline one to one.
- Legacy alternate labels and hidden-stage flags no longer change the recruiter-facing stage.
- Explicitly disabling a recruiter notification still prevents that notification; it does not create a different status.
