Explore reports with realistic demo data
Walk through recruiting activity, job timelines and candidate pipelines with fictional examples, then return to your live reports.
Find Reports in the navigation menu
Reports now sits on the top row beside Calendar for organization owners. Larger icons and taller tiles make the menu easier to use. AI Search, Talent Inbox, WhatsApp, External Recruiters and Sequences sit in a centered tools row, with availability based on your existing account access.
Choose Demo data for a walkthrough
Customer accounts show their live recruiting reports without a demo switch. Demo data is limited to designated test accounts. In an eligible test account, open Reports and choose Demo data, then choose Recruiting Activity, Job Progress or Candidate Pipeline. The Live data and Demo data controls sit in a padded area below the report heading, with a visible banner identifying fictional candidates, companies and jobs. Live data remains the default.
In Recruiting Activity, switch between weekly and monthly periods, inspect the daily chart and open a total to see its example records. In Job Progress, filter open jobs, jobs without a recruiter or candidates, and closed or paused work; choose a job to expand its milestone dates and elapsed times. In Candidate Pipeline, choose a stage to review its example candidates and stage ages.
Keep examples separate from your workspace
Demo mode creates no customer records and does not change your real reports. Fictional records have no candidate, job or request pages to open, while the report filters and drilldowns remain interactive. Demo data stays selected as you navigate through the Reports hub and change activity periods.
Choose Live data to return to your organization’s actual report. The examples illustrate how the reports work; they do not describe your team’s performance. Reports and demo mode retain the existing owner access requirement. Adding demo=1 to a report link does not enable examples in a customer account.
