External recruiters now enter their agency name when signing

The partner agreement flow now requires each recruiter’s agency name, merges it into the agreement before signing, and saves it on their profile.

Agency name is part of signing

When an external recruiter signs the partnership agreement, RecruitIQ now requires a Company name field for their recruiting agency.

As they type, the agreement preview refreshes with that agency name merged into the contract before they add a signature.

Clear party tokens in contract wording

Default and custom agreement text can use {{ORGANIZATION_NAME}} for your hiring organization and {{REFERRER_COMPANY_NAME}} for the recruiter’s agency.

RecruitIQ keeps those parties separate: your organization stays the Company, and the recruiter’s agency is filled in only when they sign.

Saved on the recruiter profile

The signed PDF includes the recruiter’s agency name, and RecruitIQ stores the same value on their profile for future agreement and admin review.

Existing signed agreements are unchanged. Only new signatures on the current agreement version use the updated flow.
