Know when a recruiting partner joins
Eligible teammates receive new recruiter signup alerts, and recruiting partners receive a copy of the agreement they sign.
Follow up with new recruiting partners
When a partner completes their profile through your external recruiter invitation link, eligible teammates receive an email with their name, email address, phone number and company when provided. A signup alert confirms profile completion; agreement signing remains a separate step.
Review External recruiter activity under Settings → Email Settings → Organization notifications. Signup alerts follow this category and each recipient’s activity audience. Choose All organization activity to receive signup alerts: a signup has no assigned job or candidate, so My work does not include it.
Keep a copy of the signed agreement
After an authenticated recruiting partner signs an agreement, RecruitIQ emails the saved signed PDF to the email address on their recruiter profile. The signed copy remains available in the portal. This email is separate from optional teammate activity emails.
Repeated submissions of the same completed signup or signed agreement do not send another alert or contract copy. These emails apply to future signups and signatures; existing partners and agreements are not emailed again automatically.
Trace the notification outcome
RecruitIQ retains the signup or signing activity and records each email attempt, recipient, outcome and provider receipt when available. Support can distinguish an accepted send, a failed or skipped send, and an interrupted attempt. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.
An email problem does not undo a completed signup or signature. An interrupted notification may need support follow-up; this update does not automatically retry or resend old messages.
