External recruiter oversight now stays complete through job close

Review every recruiter submission in one workspace, preview candidate details without leaving it, and automatically notify partners when a role is filled or closed.

Every submission is available from the recruiter record

The external recruiter detail page now uses the same submission history as the recruiter overview. It shows the candidate, role, exact pipeline stage, and submission date, with pagination through the complete result set instead of stopping after the first 12 candidates.

Select a submission to open the candidate quick view beside the list. Contact information, resume details, work history, and current application context remain available without navigating away; the full candidate profile is still available as a secondary action.

Use Contact at the top of the recruiter record to view the partner’s email, phone number, and agency or company without leaving the workspace. Email and phone are direct links and can also be copied; older recruiter records clearly show when a detail was not provided.

Organization owners and administrators can also use Contract from the recruiter record to preview the assigned or signed agreement, confirm the signing date and signer, and open or download the PDF. Contract access keeps the same administrator-only permissions used by the External Recruiters settings.

Job access matches the external recruiter assignment

The recruiter record now lists roles according to the external recruiter access rules used by the partner portal. A role appears when it is open to all eligible external recruiters or when that recruiter was specifically selected.

Internal job ownership is separate. Assigning an internal recruiter to manage a role no longer determines which jobs appear on an external recruiter record.

Filled and closed roles send a clear final update

When a recruiter-facing role moves from another status to Filled or Job Closed, RecruitIQ creates a partner notification and emails the eligible external recruiters who had access to that role. The message explains that new submissions are closed and links back to My Submissions, where existing candidate history and pipeline stages remain available.

Saving the same status again does not send another update. Private roles, internal-only roles, disabled recruiter accounts, and recruiters who are not eligible under the organization agreement are not included.

  • Open-to-all roles notify all eligible external recruiters in the organization.
  • Selected-access roles notify only the eligible recruiters selected for that role.
  • The client company name remains private in recruiter-facing notifications.
