Find a candidate by name
Use the Name filter in Candidates to look for a person separately from resume keywords.
Look up a person
Open Candidates and choose Name beside the search filters. Enter all or part of a candidate’s name, then press Enter or Apply. The Name filter searches the candidate name using the existing matching behavior.
Other active filters still apply. Clear job, recruiter, location or keyword filters when you want to widen the search. Clear the Name filter to return to your previous search without changing the other filters.
Understand the results
A name search helps find records available to your account. An empty result does not establish that a person was never uploaded: spelling, other filters and processing state may affect what you see.
