Find jobs with familiar search, filters, and table view

Search across your jobs, open compact filter menus, and switch between a table and the review list without losing your place.

Search and filter in the same place

Jobs now follows the same layout as Candidates: a full-width search field, compact filter buttons below, saved views at the top, and a List / Table switch in the upper right. Search matches the job title, company, location, description, and department. Press Command K on Mac or Control K on other keyboards to focus search.

Choose Status, Recruiter, Company, Location, Employment, Department, Priority, or Job type to narrow the results. Opening a filter does not change the results until you choose a value. Status and Recruiter support multiple selections. Clear an individual filter from its menu, or use Reset filters to return to your default saved view, or Active jobs when no default view is saved. Employment and Department options reflect the jobs currently loaded.

Choose a table or a review list

Table is the starting layout when you have not chosen one. It shows compact rows with column headings, job links, selection checkboxes, and each job’s existing actions. Open More actions → Columns to show, hide or reorder table columns, or choose Add all to show every field. Drag a heading’s right edge to resize its column, or focus that edge and use the arrow keys.

In Table, use sortable column headings to change the order and click again to reverse it. Open Columns beside the filters to arrange fields. In List, use Sort to show jobs by Last updated, Last created, or Posted, newest first. List keeps the Status ledger, including its Quick view and inline workflow controls. Select jobs in either layout to use Share and Export. Switching layouts keeps the same search, filters, sort, loaded results, and selection.

Keep your saved views and preferences

Your List or Table choice is remembered in this browser for your account and organization. It is separate from named saved views, so choosing a view or returning from a job does not change the layout you chose. Another browser or device starts with Table until you choose a layout there. If browser storage is blocked, your choice lasts while the page remains open.

Existing saved views, default stars, filters, column preferences, workflow stages, and permissions continue to apply. Saved columns control the table; the review list keeps its main fields visible and puts additional fields in Quick view. Changing the layout does not update a job, assign a recruiter, or change a workflow stage.
