Invite external recruiter now includes contract preview and scoped saves
Review the recruiter agreement from the invite dialog, edit company name and wording with a live preview, and save either for this signup link only or as the organization default.
See the contract before you share the link
The Invite external recruiter dialog now includes a See default contract action beneath the signup URL. It opens a second dialog with the agreement recruiters will sign after joining through that link.
The contract opens in read-only mode first so long legal text is not accidentally edited. Owners and administrators can switch to Edit when they need to change company name or wording.
Live preview and clear save scopes
While editing, the company name field updates a live preview so replacements are obvious before save. RecruitIQ replaces the organization name in saved wording and also supports the {{ORGANIZATION_NAME}} token when present.
Save as This invite only stores the contract override on the signup link record for recruiters who join through that URL. Update org default publishes the same wording as the organization template and clears the invite-only override.
