Owners can track weekly Team Pulse on the dashboard
SM Staffing owners now get a weekly Team Pulse snapshot with jobs filled, jobs closed, and sourcing totals by internal and external recruiters.

Organization owners in SM Staffing now see Team Pulse on the dashboard. It summarizes a rolling eight-day window ending on the current Eastern Time date: jobs that moved to Filled, jobs that moved to Job Closed, and candidates attributed through sourcedByUid.
The dashboard reads a refreshed Firestore snapshot, so the card stays fast even when the underlying job and candidate counts are large.
Recruiter breakdown
Team Pulse separates internal recruiters from external recruiter partners. Each person shows how many candidates they sourced during the current pulse window.
The Resume library card is now a compact KPI, and Candidate workflow is a quick-action chip next to Share my jobs instead of a full stage list on the dashboard.
