Reopen AI Search history with clearer loading and recovery

Review your recent AI searches with clearer loading errors and keep previously loaded results available when history cannot refresh.

Open your recent searches

Open AI Search and choose Search history to review your recent searches. Choose a saved search to reopen its results. History belongs to your account in your current workspace, and follows the existing owner and recruiter access rules.

The history list loads separately from search processing, making it less dependent on temporary interruptions to the search service. It shows up to 50 recent saved searches from the last 30 days. Opening history does not start or purchase another AI search.

Keep your place when history cannot refresh

If history takes too long or is temporarily unavailable, RecruitIQ shows a history-specific message and a Try again button. Your current candidate results stay in place, and previously loaded history remains visible with a note until a refresh succeeds.

A history error does not mean there are no saved searches, and it does not mean a running search failed or needs to be submitted again. Try again reloads the history list only. Switching accounts clears the previous account’s history from view.

Large searches and service availability

If the saved history is too large to load safely, RecruitIQ shows a clear message while preserving the current results. History is never silently shortened by removing candidate details. Opening an individual saved search still depends on search-service availability.

This improvement does not change search matching, background processing, completion notifications or saved-search retention. It does not recover older failed searches or automatically rerun any search.
