Review pending deals from the dashboard
See interview and offer counts, then open the candidates in each category from the dashboard.
Choose a category to see its candidates
When Pending Deals is enabled for your organization, its owner sees it directly below Team activity on the dashboard. The three cards are Interview scheduled, Interviewed, and Offer out. Each count covers the organization’s job pipelines, including work assigned to other recruiters.
Choose a card to show its first 10 candidates. The list stays hidden until you choose a category. Choose Show next 10 below the list to append another batch, or the final remaining number when fewer than 10 remain. Choose Close in the same footer to collapse the list; reopening starts with the first batch. Each row shows the candidate, their current pipeline stage, job title, and company. A person on more than one job can appear more than once because each job has its own pipeline.
Use the information already saved in your pipeline
Candidates in the Interview stage appear under Interview scheduled while their saved interview time is still ahead. Once that time passes, the dashboard groups them under Interviewed. This means the scheduled time has passed; it does not confirm attendance or that the meeting took place. The candidate’s pipeline stage stays Interview.
Moving the saved interview time to the future returns the candidate to Interview scheduled. Candidates without a usable interview time also stay in Interview scheduled. Offer out shows candidates currently in the Offer stage. Moving someone to a different pipeline stage changes whether they appear here.
A saved interview date and time appears beside the candidate’s stage when available. Otherwise, the row shows how long ago the candidate was added to the pipeline. Missing interview dates do not prevent a candidate in a configured stage from appearing.
Choose a candidate’s name to open their profile or a job title to open that job, with a Dashboard breadcrumb back to where you started. Choose the company name to open its existing company overview drawer without leaving the dashboard. Company links use the matching record your account can access; missing or ambiguous records are not guessed.
Use the resume icon to open the existing resume preview without opening the candidate profile. If a candidate has no resume attached, the resume icon opens a neutral “No resume attached” message. A linked file that fails to load still shows an error and retry options. Choose Add notes to open the existing Notes composer for that candidate. Notes keep their usual access and saving behavior.
Availability and scope
Pending Deals is being introduced to selected organizations and is available only to their organization owner. Other team members keep their existing dashboard. Opening this section or selecting a card does not change stages, schedule meetings, or send messages.
Approved support using Switch User can review the owner’s pipeline counts and candidates. This support view does not apply or reveal the owner’s saved dismissals and does not offer Dismiss for now or Undo. Sign in as the owner to manage your own saved dismissals.
Counts and lists read the current pipeline records and refresh automatically while the dashboard is open. If a linked candidate or job is unavailable, its row is marked unavailable. A canceled or missed meeting is not detected automatically; update the saved time or pipeline through your usual workflow.
Dismiss a step you do not need to follow
Choose Dismiss for now in the row’s more-actions menu beside Add notes. It hides only that candidate’s current step on that job and updates the category count. It does not remove the candidate, change their pipeline, or hide them on other jobs. Choose Undo in the confirmation message to restore the same step.
A dismissed row can return when the candidate progresses to another tracked step, re-enters the step, or their saved interview time changes. Saving notes or saving the same interview time again does not bring it back. If the step has already changed, Undo refreshes the list rather than restoring an outdated step.
Dismissals are saved for your account in this organization. The same step stays hidden after a refresh or when you sign in on another device. If a dismissal request fails, the previous row and count are restored and an error is shown.
