Review recruiting activity, job progress and candidate pipelines
Chart recruiting activity, see where every job stands at a glance, and review the candidates currently waiting in each pipeline stage.
Choose a report
Organization owners can open Reports from the RecruitIQ navigation menu, then choose Recruiting Activity, Job Progress, or Candidate Pipeline. Recruiting Activity starts with Last week. Choose This week, Last week, This month, or Last month to review candidates and jobs added during that period. Calendar weeks start on Monday, and every reporting period uses America/New_York time.
The daily bar chart shows when records were added. Switch between candidates, jobs, and supported client requests using the chart menu. View daily counts opens the same values in a table. Current weeks and months stop at today; future dates are not shown as zero activity.
Choose a count to see the records that make up the number, then open a candidate, job, or request to continue working. Larger lists show ten records at a time; search applies to the records loaded in that list. Refresh checks for updated activity, and the page shows when the report was loaded.
See your workspace’s candidates in each stage
Candidate Pipeline shows a current snapshot of candidates belonging to this workspace across active jobs, grouped by their recorded pipeline stage. It is separate from weekly and monthly activity. A person is counted once per job, so someone being considered for two jobs appears in both job pipelines. A job link does not bring a candidate from another workspace into these totals. Paused jobs are excluded. Candidate stages are excluded only when they are explicitly configured as Hired or inactive; custom stage names remain visible without guessing their meaning.
Choose a horizontal bar or its stage button to open the matching candidate and job pairs. Each row shows the candidate, job, assigned recruiter, current stage, and recorded stage age. The oldest known ages appear first, followed by Age unknown. Open either the candidate or job and use the Candidate Pipeline breadcrumb to return to the report.
Missing or conflicting current stage information appears separately under Unclassified current stages. Custom stages appear under their recorded names without being treated as Interview, Hired, or another standard step. When current inventory is incomplete, bars explicitly show records found and full totals remain unavailable. Missing history can leave ages unknown without making current membership counts unknown. A long stage age is a reason to review a record, not proof of a missed deadline or who caused a delay.
See where every job stands
Job Progress is one list of your jobs. Under the title, a summary says how many jobs are open and how many need you: open jobs with no assigned recruiter or no candidates, with each job counted once. Each row shows the job, its client, the assigned recruiter, and a small progress track. The track has a dot for Added and for Candidates, plus Interview and Hired when your workspace has those stages set up. A filled dot means that step happened, and a ringed dot is where an open job is now. Open jobs also show Open N days, the time since the job was added to RecruitIQ. It does not establish how long the client has had the opening, and it turns amber when a job with no candidates has been open for two weeks or more.
The pills above the list filter it. Open is the default; No recruiter and No candidates narrow it to jobs that need attention; Closed or paused shows everything else. Each pill shows its count from the full report, and No candidates is left out when candidate counts are not fully available rather than guessing at a zero. Open jobs are listed first, twenty at a time; choose Show more to continue. If a very large account has more jobs than can be loaded at once, the page says so.
Click a job for its dates
Choose a job to expand its timeline in place. It shows the steps the job has been through with a short date under each, how many days passed between steps, and, for an open job, a running count such as 3 days so far since its last step. Choose Open job to continue working in the job itself, then use the Job Progress breadcrumb to come back. Choose the job again to collapse it.
The timeline shows only what RecruitIQ recorded. A step without a recorded date is shown without one, and a short note explains when earlier dates were not recorded, when some dates need review, or when Interview and hire dates are not tracked for your workspace yet. Missing dates do not prove that a step never happened. A candidate added to a pipeline is not automatically a viable resume or a submission to the client. An Interview step records a pipeline move and does not confirm attendance. Hired records a saved candidate stage; it does not establish a placement start or a filled job.
Client requests and candidate stages
When your client portal receives opening requests that have not been connected to a job, Client requests without a job appears below the list with the requests to review. Open a request to review it. For work on an existing job, open it to assign a recruiter, add candidates, or use its existing reminders.
The lists of candidates in each stage, including Unclassified current stages, now live in Candidate Pipeline, where every stage can be reviewed with its candidates and their recorded stage age. A long stage age is a reason to review a record, not proof of a missed deadline or who caused a delay.
Available reports depend on the records and workflow classifications in your organization. Client request counts appear only when supported. Incomplete totals are labeled instead of being shown as zero; incomplete daily values are left unavailable, and earlier activity may be missing. Charts use the full available aggregate even when the record list is bounded. Reports does not reconstruct missing history or replace your existing job and candidate workflows.
