Find jobs by meaning and exact details
Use the Jobs search box to find related work as well as exact job titles, companies, job numbers, and keywords.
Describe the work you need
When semantic search is available in your workspace, use the same search box on Jobs. Enter a phrase such as financial reporting and month-end close to find roles with related responsibilities, even when their titles use different words. Exact job numbers, titles, company names, and keywords continue to work in the same box.
Results include a match explanation so you can see what connected a job to your search. Review the job and its requirements before deciding that it is suitable. Related work can cross departments, and a match is a useful starting point rather than a guarantee of fit.
Keep your filters and preferred view
Status, recruiter, company, location, employment, department, priority, and job-type filters continue to narrow the results. Your saved views, List or Table choice, column preferences, and access permissions still apply. Search starts with relevance order; choose a table heading or the existing sort control when you want another supported order.
Saved views with additional filters use keyword matching so every saved filter stays in effect. The page identifies this mode beside the results.
Saved edits refresh in the background
Creating a job or changing its description, internal job notes, or department schedules a background search refresh. Shared Notes explicitly linked to that job also contribute; editing or deleting one updates the linked jobs. Renaming a department refreshes the jobs that refer to it.
You can save and continue working while the refresh runs. Search shows when updates are still processing. A changed job can appear through its current exact keywords before its refreshed semantic match is ready. Completion depends on the queued work and the search provider, so an edit is not guaranteed to appear semantically at the instant it is saved.
Search stays within your recruiting workspace
Job search uses job information and shared Notes linked to the job. Personal My Notes, candidate-only notes, candidate conversations, and private call drafts are outside this search. Results are limited to jobs the signed-in recruiting team can access in its organization.
If semantic search is temporarily unavailable, the page identifies keyword results so you know how they were found. A search refresh does not score candidates, assign them to jobs, change workflow stages, or send outreach.
