Set how many candidates a job needs
Save a candidate target on a job and keep it beside the current pipeline count.
Record the target in Job Details
Open Edit Job and set Candidates needed in Job Details, then choose Update Job Posting. You can also set the target when creating a job. Enter a positive whole number, such as 3 for a job that needs three candidates.
New jobs start at 1. Older jobs without a saved target also use 1. Update the target whenever the client’s needs change.
See the target beside your pipeline
When the target is greater than 1, the Candidates heading shows a Looking for 3 candidates chip, using your saved number. The current candidate count stays beside the heading so you can see the pipeline size and the target together. A target of 1 hides the chip.
The target is a reminder for your recruiting team. It does not limit how many candidates you can add, count placements, or move candidates between stages. Changing it does not add candidates or send messages.
