AI poster progress is shared and job filters stay put

Teams can see one shared AI poster generation, while the Jobs list remembers the filters used before opening a job.

RecruitIQ team

One poster generation belongs to the whole job

When someone generates or regenerates an AI poster, RecruitIQ now records one shared generation state on the job. Everyone who opens the poster sees that it is running, including whether they or a teammate started it.

The poster preview updates automatically when generation finishes. Competing clicks cannot start overlapping generations and replace one another.

A stopped request does not block the job forever

Each generation has a time-limited lease. If a request stops unexpectedly, RecruitIQ releases the stale state so a team member can safely try again.

The existing poster remains available while a fresh version is being prepared.

Return to the same Jobs list

The Jobs page keeps filtering in one predictable place above the list. Use Filter to add status, job type, priority, recruiter, employment type, department, or location criteria without hunting through individual column menus.

Returning to Jobs restores multi-status selections, location searches, ordering, visible columns, and the rest of the current in-session filter draft. Saved views still provide the durable, named setup for future sessions and other devices.

  • Multi-status selections remain selected.
  • Location searches such as Brooklyn remain applied.
  • Use Order by for sorting and Columns for visibility or reordering; Jobs column headers stay clean.
  • Explicit filters in a Jobs URL still take precedence.
