More room to work in Jobs and Candidates

Expand your workspace, sort from table headings, and resize columns with the same controls in Jobs and Candidates.

Use the whole workspace

Choose Full screen beside the List / Table switch in Jobs or Candidates. The search field, filters and results expand to fill the window, while the app’s outer navigation and bottom bar move out of the way. Choose Exit full screen or press Escape to return. If a menu or dialog is open, close it first.

Your search, filters, selected rows and layout stay in place. Full screen works with List and Table, applies to the current page, and ends when you navigate away. It does not change your saved views or require browser full-screen permission.

Arrange both tables the same way

The selection checkbox sits inside the Name or Job Title column. Drag a heading’s divider to resize the column, or focus the divider and use the left and right arrow keys. Double-click a divider to return that column to its automatic width. Columns that you resize keep the width you choose.

Open Columns beside the filters to choose visible fields. Choose Add all in the menu header to show every available field at once. Use the up and down arrows beside a field to move it left or right in the table. Jobs and Candidates use the same menu, with a quiet highlight as you move between fields.

Candidates keeps Name, Location and Last activity in their usual places; the arrows arrange the optional fields you add. Your optional-field order is remembered for the current account in this browser. Existing saved views and filters continue to apply. The saved-view dropdown and List / Table switch have matching, larger controls on both pages.

Sort from the headings

In Table, click a sortable heading to change the order and click again to reverse it. The arrow shows the active direction. Jobs supports Job Title, Company, Status, Location, Posted, Created and Last updated; those fields sort across all result pages. Candidates keeps its existing supported sorts, including Name, Current position and Last activity. Fields without supported sorting have no sort button.

The separate Sort menu remains available in List. These controls change how results are displayed; they do not change a job, candidate, assignment or workflow stage.
